The
song for today is “再見理想” by Beyond. This song is a reader request. I thought I
have done this song before (like many other reader request), so it was probably
a song that I thought I would write about, but for some reasons I decided not
to for that day and then forgot about it lol. So it is good that it is being
suggested as a reader request :D The title of the song in English is “Goodbye
dream”. This song was from the album with the same name made in 1986. It was
the last album by Beyond when they were still an indie band.
This
song marked the transition of Beyond, it basically describes their feeling of
moving away as an indie band. The lyrics said: “Sitting alone on the corner of
the street, the cold wind wake me up. Quietly accompanying my lonely shadow.
Only want to hold onto the guitar, to express my pain. At this moment I thought
of the past. The strength from the heart, able to dump the reality and not to
