The song for today is “獨一無二” by AGA and Gin Lee. This is their latest song. I really like this song, have been looping it for the last few days. The English translation of the title is “Unique”.

The lyrics of the song are about two girls both having the same boyfriend. They know each other existent but don’t know how to resolve the situation. I usually would split AGA and Gin’s lines, but their voices are fairly similar in this song and that the lyrics source that I found didn’t split them up, so I will just translate it as one big thing. They said: “Trying to avoid understanding this incident. I don’t want to listen to the love history that you and him have. I asked myself and I know that I only come in as second. The song for today is “Superman” by AGA. This was a song from last year.

The lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist said: “A heart that couldn’t search for the direction, In the ambiguity I lost my calm. Just need to get close to you. The song for today is “圓” by AGA. I quite like Aga, I think she got a good voice and very talented. However, I think she need to have a wider variety of songs. It seems that many of her songs sound alike. Despite I like them all, but sometime I found it hard to distinguish between some of them. Anyway, back to this song. The direct English translation of the title is “Circle”. This word in Chinese also means complete or whole.

The lyrics of the song are about love. The lyrics heavily played with words, “圓”, “完”, “緣”, “願” and “園” all pronounce the same (well, “願” pronounce slightly differently, but close enough), but all have different meaning (“circle”, “end”, “fate”, “wish” and “park”). The protagonist said: “’Circle’ is complete; ‘circle’ is that face that make people feel sweet. ‘Circle’ is the ring that we created when we turn during dancing; turn and turn and created love. ‘End’ is ‘lacking’, ‘end’ is that sentence that painful goodbye. Most worry that the person that I love the most would be seen again, can only mourn happiness. Who is waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting for the full moon. The song for today is “One Day At A Time” by AGA. This song was released in 2013, in her first album.

The lyrics of the song are about how the protagonist tries to move forward after she was dumped by her ex-boyfriend. She said: “Your words once anesthetize my nerves. The song for today is “哈囉” by Aga. This song was from 2013. The English translation of the title is “Hello”.

This song is about love. The protagonist said: “Who is the person that were with me to the dead end, but end up asking you the direction. Hello, hello. The song for today is “若” by AGA. Since I talked about AGA yesterday, I think I should also talk about her newest song that she wrote for her sister who passed away due to cancer. The direct English translation of the title is “If”.

The lyrics of the song are about AGA’s feeling toward her sister I think. It said, if, if the things that you wanted to say couldn’t say it out loud, I would lean toward you and listen to your heart beat. I will always annoy you. If, if you sigh about not enough time to watch, then I will make sharing my time as the most important thing. We will talk and smile. Even if you really scare to cry in front of me, please remember that you watched me grew up, so why worry that you will drag me down? Life is like flowing water, please lay down truthfully. Even when you wanted to rest and forget about the things that you worried, please believe that if you work hard to carry on each day, you will have no energy to worry. The song that I chose for today is “一” by AGA. This song also got a duet version call “一加一”, which is sing by AGA and Gin Lee. This song was from last year. I had heard it many times and I really like it but never really know the name of the song until a few days ago. The direct English translation of the title is “One” (the duet version “一加一” is “One plus one”). Note that the lyrics of both version are exactly the same.

The lyrics of the song are about searching for love. It said, a sand leak into the romantic Ganges river, a flower wanted to form fruit; everyone wanted to be pair up with a partner. A star wanted to rush to the big universe, a trace of smoke looking forward to the love spark; but sadly there aren’t many good ending. The one that you hope for the most, the one that you like the most. Search and search, why couldn’t you found the one, why there are unlimited amount of odd numbers? The one that you got feeling to are always the hardest to be hug with. The feeling toward someone before you can see the answer. Unfortunately, always half a step away from your partner. Truthfully wish that God would know, hoping that he will help to create the loving even number. Those that you meet, you thought you have found it, but then it turn into smoke again.
