The song for today is “飛女正傳” by Miriam Yeung. This song is a reader request, it was very popular when it first released. The direct English translation of the title is “Female hooligan story”.

The lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist said “Stepping over the life threating moment, we meet again on our bikes on a narrow road. Perhaps the wound near your mouth and my hair are both bright purple red. I don’t care about the rest of the life, all I wanted is the next moment. If I am not dare to kiss you then you will disappear. While we are unsure, someone yelled not to move. I am not worry to lean near your neck, running through bullets to fleet with you. But I am also worry that getting married and giving birth is so normal and dull that it is also hard to withstand. If eating dinner with someone that I don’t love, I wouldn’t know which story is sadder. All I hoped is to be able to spend the night with you. The world is surrounding us, but both of us swear that we will be together regardless. So magnificent that it is like a wedding on the cliff side. Perhaps we have no purpose in our life, but at least there would be still some true love that we will leave behind. I have already neglect our safety, swear that we will be together and look down at this busy city. Even if god not bear to see us as dirty trash, I would hug you regardless. Let not care about what we got to eat, or the blessing from pastor or whether we need that type of luck. Just let me filled with car racing, and be the type that just holds onto our painful love story. The song for today is “富士山下” by Eason Chan. This is one of my favourite songs. What I love about this song is that it really paints a picture in my head as Eason sing. The direct English translation of the title is “Under Mt. Fuji”.

The lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist said “The rain that blocks my way is like snow. You are crying, you feel cold? I had rubbed the windbreaker that you gave me to a point that it started to ware. I am not worry about changing job position, but I always still care about you, so I have chosen today to drive you home. Please forgive me not to send flower, as I believe your wound needed to stop bleeding. It is the worse when the cemetery in your heart is covered with petals. If you will only marry me but no one else, one day both of our corpses will burn. It costs to spent your whole life to just wait for a day. Everyone only got a pair of hands, and it is hard to have somebody just by hugging. To have someone, you first need to learn to accept lost. This song is about love. Through the lyrics the protagonist said “You have already forgotten how to make me happy. It was very beautiful and magical in the past, but now the romance had melt. Everything had changed, and I couldn’t laugh for 1 more second. The song today is “Happy Girl” by Kelly Chan. This song wasn’t the plug songs of the album, but I personally quite like it. It was a song Kelly requested for her father.

The lyrics of the song area bout Kelly’s image in her father mind. The protagonist of the song said “It is hard to explain this person in my heart, he is always proud of me. No matter how heavy the sky is he will support it, just like when I was a kid. In the past, you always leave home early and come home late; I didn’t understand and it felt like that we were not connected. The song for today is “我的親愛” by Leon Lai. This song was very popular back at the time when it was released. It was the Chinese cover version of “もう恋なんてしない” by Noriyuki Makihara (槇原敬之). The direct English translation of the Chinese title is “My love”.

The lyrics of the song area bout love. The protagonist said that he still misses her warm love. When the sky is dark, it will go into his dream. He is slowly getting lonely, and yet he still hasn’t found a replacement. He still loves her, and wishes that she will comeback without him saying anything. Who would understand him as he tries to cover up his loneliness? He let sadness, depression and obsession carried to now. He understands that reality is reality and that there are always accidently. Who would have thought that he no longer knows how to love others? So she had make up her mind not accompanying him anymore? If he thought of her at night, could they start again? So she think this isn’t anything? Does she knows that he is gazing at the sea by himself again? Sayonara o Sayonara o (note, sayonara is Japanese, meaning good bye). He felt that perhaps it needs to be busy to felt like a modern love. He can’t hide that he hasn’t let go yet, but when he keep loving her she still ignoring him. Sayonara o Sayonara o, why he felt that there are still some love in his heart. She will never change in his heart and remain as his love. Hope you will like the song. The song for today is “跳飛機” by Leo Ku. The English translation of the title is “Hopscotch”, though if translated directly into English it is “Jump aeroplane” (the lyrics play with words, so it is more related to plane then hopscotch).

The lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist said that it is the end of the season, and bugs start to fly. Air pressure is lower and the clouds float away. Only he is still deep in love with her, but he lacks the courage to fly so he has to move away. He felt that he is trapped in an empty plane, unable to go forward or backward but stuck at 3000 km altitude. She is not willing to love him, but also not willing to let him go. If he could get rid of her first, then it would be like jumping out of a plane. Even if he forgot how to fly he still needs to leave her. Just pretend that he forgot he worried about dying and just take a deep breath. She will never believe that he can fly and not believe he will fly. But he knows that he could let her go. Even if he forgot how to fly he still needs to leave her. Just pretend that he forgot he worried about dying and just take a deep breath. She will never believe that he can fly and not worry that he will fall to dead. Let him fly and not think of her. Love to the end, and there is no turning back.
