The
song that I chose for today is “鑽石人生” by Hacken Lee. This song is
rather new, it came out only last year. The direct English translation of the
title is “Diamond life”.
The
lyrics of the song are about love. It begins by saying that breaking up with
your love one, there is only pain and no doctor would heal us. But just like wounds
we bleed. A couple only need one second to become stranger, just like their
spirit have been removed by a magnet. Thinking about the past, the protagonist
still remember the smell of her hair and her kisses. When they were together,
they thought that they would be together forever even if they were very poor.
But time tells, he realised that what he have done is not enough to fulfil her ambitions.
If the length of time for their relationship could redeem points, he wishes to
use this point to redeem her soul. Hope you will like the song.
