translation of the title is “Release yourself”.
The
lyrics of the song are about relaxing. It said time is flying and we work like
machine, making us tired and out of energy. We have overdrafted energy from our
body, and we need to change the environment (i.e. take a break). There are
excitements in everything, so no need to worry. There’s always a turning point,
so no need to worry. We need to release ourselves
and face the future. Every positive and negative things, don’t let them disturbed
us. When our heart can’t get excited after we got dump, we worry that we will
