6th May 2013 (心的接觸 – Daniel Chan)

The song that I chose for today is “心的接觸” by Daniel Chan. Daniel was once very popular. I can’t remember exactly what happened, but from memory there was some bad news about him that heavily impacted his image, causing him to move away from the Hong Kong market.  This song is one of my favourites from Daniel and the direct English translation of the title is “Contact of hearts”.

The lyrics of the song are about how the protagonist feel love have changed his life. He said that maybe he was born this this way, he never really think about his future. His life was dull and lonely. But perhaps it was fate that he meets her. She changes his life from black and white to full of colour. He said that the contact between their hearts had changed his life; he can feel that their life will end in happiness. Perhaps she is the only audience in his life. He feels that all his dream are becoming reality. Hope you will like the song.
