2nd Jan 2017 (終於好天氣 – Charmaine Fong and RubberBand)

A belated Happy New Year!!! The song for today is “終於好天氣” by Charmaine Fong and RubberBand. The direct English translation of the title is “finally good weather”.

The lyrics of the song talk about how bad things, even though they may seem to last forever, but they will eventually end and the good things will arrive. So, I like to use this song to wish everyone of you who might be experiencing something bad to have a blast 2017. The lyrics: “Even today when the cruel snow storm keep pushing; even when this winter felt like it will never end. This minute, the limitless shaking, I realised that my hands are frozen. Even today, if none of the lights are shining; even the darkness make the bird scared and yelled. This minute everyone is frightened, everyone freeze. Wish that you could withstand for another second, as the darkness will soon back off. Wish that you could withstand for another second, as a second later it will become tomorrow morning. Don’t be afraid, at the lowest point, you could rebound and fly up high. There are never a tragic that last forever, get up from the mud and bravely stand up. Don’t be afraid, change the beat and extracted out the sadness. At this low point, let’s push together and become someone great. Finally got good weather. Don’t be afraid, even when hopeless want to conquer you. Even if there are more tragic, nothing can stop you creating your life story. Hey hey. Don’t be afraid, change the beat and extracted out the sadness. At this low point, let’s push together and become someone great. Finally got good weather. Di dum good weather. Di dum good weather. Di dum good weather. Di dum good weather.” Hope you will like the song.

    1. Hey Chris, I am not back to HK yet. Still got to complete my current contract :p I am still trying to get things sorted, such as finding a decent temporary place to stay for the first couple of months. (Service apartment seems to be rather expensive, but don’t think I got other choice, at least not for the beginning……) I will be getting to HK in around 5-6 weeks’ time, so hopefully I can get all the things sorted by then.
