The
song that I chose for today is “紅日” by Hacken Lee. I love this song
when I was a kid, if I remember correctly this was a theme song for a TV drama.
This song is regarded as the classic of inspirational song. Again like many
other songs in the 90’s this is also a Chinese cover of a Japanese song. The
original “それが大事” was sung by 大事MANブラザーズバンド
(大事MAN
BROTHERS BAND). The direct English translation of the Chinese cover is “Red sun”.
The
lyrics of the song are about live. It said live could be crazy and difficult,
it could even be so scary that it make you feel lost. But don’t cry nor being
sad, most of all shouldn’t give up as he wishes he could be with you always. We
run around in our life and never have time to see things clearly. When he felt
lost he had also tried to sit at a corner and no help arrived. Then year, when
he was still young, he fallen many times and he cried in the rain. Life could
be difficult, but we still need to travel through it. But he is not sure from
when, she was with him and cheered for him. The cheer felt like a red sun and
lighted up his spirit, and since then they travelled over many places. Let the
wind blow over the flower like it was trying to wish us to be happy. Let the
