A Song a day: 28th Mar 2016 (月球下的人

The song for today is “月球下的人” by Gin Lee. This is Gin’s latest song, I really like it. It is one of the few songs that I have been looping a lot recently. The direct English translation of the title is “The person under the moon”. The title of the song is very similar to Eason’s “月球上的人” (only differ by 1 word really). The lyrics of both songs are written by the same person, but they are not really a pair. While both talk about a similar theme, the stories are not related.

The lyrics of the song are about the protagonist thinking of the person that she loves, even though they are now apart. She said: “Wishing to fly to the quite moon to gaze at the windows of every family, and find out who is beside their love one enjoying the smell of rose on their balcony.
