5th Mar 2014 (幽默感 – Denise Ho)

The song for today is “幽默感” by Denise Ho. I really like this song even though it was too popular. The message is very positive and it cheer me up when I feel down. The direct English translation of the title is “Sense of humour”

The lyrics of the song are about how to face our bad luck. It said that at the worse day, the worse things happened, but he uses his life to not let things get worse. At the most boring moment you are accompanying the most boring person. The music start and you still haven’t understood it, then it is the time you do so. There is nothing to do in the holiday and the computer caught a virus. When you change your cloth you realised that you gain fat. When it rain you run into a post office to stay dry but you bump into your ex and you just realised that you got some biscuit crumbs on your hair. Bad luck keeps coming and if you don’t resist then it is time to cry. You haven’t found the way out yet, so don’t cry. When you walk under bullets, when your girlfriend is hugging someone else, when others judge your looks, just say some jokes. Let things be like comic and just laugh. At the worse day the worse thing happened, you lost your job and your car crash into a light pole. At the most boring moment you are accompanying the most boring person and he things that you are not interesting at all. Disasters are coming and you can’t dodge it you will have to face the rest of your life with pain, so choose your own additive. Why luck not seem to go your way? But asking this question is quite sick, just admit it and start talking about it on stage. Use your sadness to create humour. You rather to worry about it or laugh at it? When you are so bad luck that even the arrow turn down, you can use it to create a set of jokes. Then at least others will found that you are funny and will give you some hot tea to cheer you up. When you have been judged to be performing below standard, and when you have negative asset and still make to make money for your family, when you haven’t experienced extreme sickness and already aged, there is no need to try everything to climb back up. Can you learn the art of humour? Getting worry is not scary, just use your smile to smile it away. So stop troubling yourself, just let things happen to cover your scar. Hope you will like the song.
