Today’s song is “Can't Buy Me Love” by The Bealtes. I
remember when I was a kid, there is a Chinese version. I am not sure whether it
was an official cover version (most probably not back in those times). In some
way I think the Chinese version is a bit disrespectful to the original as it didn’t
bring out the message of the original song (which is money can’t buy love). But
then, it’s lyrics is so raw that it really suit the people in Hong Kong back at
those times, and in a way, it lets more people to know the songs. Anyway, I
have linked to both versions, you can decided which one you like better.

By the way, the direct English translation of the title is “Walk
faster”, which, really, have nothing to do with the lyrics of the original.
