The song that I chose for today is “時候尚早” by Pong Nan. The direct English translation of the title is “It is still early”.

The lyrics of the song are about growing up. At the beginning, the protagonist wonder why his girlfriend could say that she understand before he even said a word. He felt that she sounds like a kidult. She is only in her twenties, it is impossible for her to understand everything. He have lost interest in everything, when he talk about her he feel sad. The more he thinks about his future, the more he feels that something bad will come up. The clock is still ticking and there are still time. Everything will have its answer, so let not touch it now. You know, it is still early. There are still many ups and downs and unknowns in your life. If you take two more steps, you will know that everything will have an end. It is still early, let’s god sort things out for you and try not to know too early. If something trying to tell you the results, try covering your ears and pretend you didn’t hear it. In your life, there are a number of hands for you to hold. Each question in your life will be solved one by one. Even when you are at your seventies or eighties, there are still many answers that you haven’t found. When you think about the points of existent, why not try out the solution one by one. If you just run in and peeped at the result, you would waste the purpose of releasing the result. Hope you will like the song.
