The
song that I chose for today is “點解問點解” by Yan Ng. This song wasn’t
popular, but I found that these days it seems that very rarely you found song
with this style. The direct English translation of the title is “Why ask why”.
The
lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist got dump but she didn’t
understand why she got dump. So at the beginning of the song she said she need
to know why, what’s call lose, why she lose and why she was worry about losing.
She can’t heal herself nor stop her pain. She is hurt, she felt that her wings
are broken. She is falling, like swinging in mid-air. She is now buried in the
hope of love. She is lost, but perhaps he would understand her feeling. She
wanted to know why he chose not to love her nor treasure her. Why the love he
gave her have transferred to someone else. Why their love was so great, but
still at the end something went wrong. He seems to be scare about the fact that
she wanted to know why. He had once said why when she was in love she needs to
know why. He once also said that he didn’t want to hurt her. Hope you will like
