The
song that I chose for today is “一件錯事” by Alex To. I quite like the
melody of the song. The direct translation of the title is “One wrong thing”.
This
song is about love. At the beginning, the protagonist said that he was happy
before she gave him a never ending story (I think this mean that she gave him
hope that she will stay with him forever). But because of one thing that he did
wrong (meeting another girl) had changed the whole story. He knows that it was
stupid, but it was only once. He knows that it would be hard for her to accept
it. She didn’t let him to go back to her. He wanted to know why she gave up on
their happiness. He said that he was wrong, but she had already given up on
him. He said please let him to think about why this happened for the rest of
his life and trade all his happiness for this illusion. He doesn’t know where she
would go from here, but he hope that everything will be well for her. Tonight
in the news, it shows her being very sad, she gone into a forest and ended her
life. One wrong thing, getting wrong once in his life, now it is too late for
him to make up for it. Hope you will
