Today’s song is “抱抱” by Joey Yung. Joey is regarded as one of the most popular singer in Hong Kong these days. This song came out in 2002 in her album “Something about you”. The direct English translation of the title is “Hug”.

I used to like Joey’s songs, but ever since she change her image and style at around 2005, I haven’t listen to her songs as much, as I don’t quite like her new style. Anyway, back to this song. This song is about a girl had just expressed her love to her best friend, but her friend can’t accept her as lover. Because of that they are no longer friends. The song talks about how she feels after this incident and how much she wishes that they could just be friends like before. Hope you will enjoy the song.
