Today’s song is “破鏡” by Takki Wong. Takki is a singer in Hong Kong, she is not popular, but personally, I quite like her voice. In some ways, I found that her style is similar to Denise Ho (Hocc) when Denise was still a newbie. So I reckon that maybe one day she could become as successful as Denise.

About the song, the direct English translation of the title is “broken mirror”. This song is about a person chasing after her dream. When she was young she looked at the mirror and saw her dreams, she believe that if she tried hard her dreams will come true. She believed that if she wanted, the world will change, the mirror will break open and her dream will become reality.  But now she have grownup, she realised the world is different, the mirror still have break open, but her heart have been broken up many times. Maybe she had dreamed too much, but she said she will never give up.
