The chosen song for today is “夜明け前の祈り” by Angela Aki. Angela is one of my all-time favourite singers, and she is one of the 3 female Japanese singers that I listen to. This song is from her newest album “Blue”. This is one of the songs that I have been keep looping over and over again.

I really can’t talk about the lyrics here as I don’t know Japanese, so I have no clue what the lyrics is about. Though from her expression and the rhythm, I am guessing the song is about the protagonist thinking of her ex-boyfriend, wishing that they could be together again. Hope you will enjoy this song as much as I do.
