The song that I chose for today is “運” by Justin Lo. This is one of my favourite. The direct English translation of the title is “Luck”.

The lyrics of the song discuss what luck is. This song tells us that whether we are lucky or not depends on our view. For example, it mentioned that the protagonist missed his flight, but later that night he saw on the news that the plane was crashed and the pilots were dead. Even if he caught the flight, he would be living on an island by himself for a few years until someone save him. Viewing it like this makes him feel that he is lucky to miss his plane. So what it is trying to say is that lucky or not depends on how we see it. Just remember that there will always be some reward along the way waiting for us. Hope you will like this song.
