The song for today is “願你今夜別離去” by Leon Lai. Leon was my idol in my childhood. From memory this song was a theme song of a very popular TV series starring Leon as the protagonist. Because of the TV series, this song was very popular. The direct translation of the title is “Wish you wouldn’t leave tonight”.

The lyrics of the song are exactly about wishing the girl not to leave. The protagonist and his girlfriend seem to misunderstand each other before, but tonight they are together. But the girl wanted to leave. So the protagonist wish that she could stay and hope that tonight will never end. Hope you will like the song.
