A Song a day: 27th Sep 2012 (貪,貪,貪

Today I chose “貪,貪,貪” by Priscilla Chan. Priscilla is one of my all-time favourite singer. She was very popular in the late 80’s/early 90’s. These days she still sing (mainly live performance in mainland China), but personally I don’t think her voice is as good as before. This song that I chose today is one of her fast pace song (though with today standard, this is not really that fast). The title in English is “Greedy, greedy, greedy”.

The song is about love. The protagonist said that she is not greedy when she was a kid. Her ambition could be easily fulfilled. But ever since she fall in love with this guy, she becomes greedy. She said that she wanted to have him all to herself. She is so greedy that she want every minute of his life to be spent with her. Hope you will like the song.
