A Song a day: 4th Nov 2013 (真的漢子

The song that I chose for today is “真的漢子” by George Lam. I always found this song to be so old fashion, even back at the time when it came out, but regardless it is one of George classic songs. The direct English translation of the title is “Real man”.

The lyrics of the song are about man’s spirit. It said that regardless of success or failure we should try our hardest. If we have passion then there is never too late. The protagonist said that he never cares who is around him as he believes that success relied on his skill. So let’s be a real man and take on the pain and disappointment. He is willing to put himself into the project and uses all his strength to get the job done. Some enemy might pretended to be friend, but he can tell by their acts. This attitude is charming; everyone will have some sad in their life. Everyone will die once in their life, so he believes that he doesn’t need to further explain it. Great people were once craze man. So lets be a real man and make our way through the world; uses our hands to create touching stories. No need to worries about success and failure, we will use our true heart with passion to get what we wanted from this world. There is a special meaning in our life and we can change our life and turn it into a touching story and protect justice. Hope you will like the song.
