The
song for today is “求你講清楚” by David Lui. I only heard this
song for the first time a few days ago and I like it. It is the Chinese cover
version of “Nothing’s gonna change my love for you” by Glen Medeiros. The
direct English translation of the Chinese title is “Beg you to be clear”.
The
lyrics of the song are about love. It said, looking at every day, every night,
every month, and the protagonist would suddenly feel down. He doesn’t know why,
endure gives him pain. In a clam, still, cold environment, it is like a large
wave in the sea, he has lost control of his ship. He still thinks of her, and
wishes that she would remember him. Punish him, forgive him, being silence will
give him more pain. This minute, he can’t just sit there; he wanted to let all
the depressing words out of his mouth. He and her were deeply in love, but why
she gave up on him? This minute, he can’t just sit there; he wanted to clear it
up over the phone, tell him that she was playing him all along, so that she can
say she loves him but yet forget him.
Hope you will like the song. I have also linked to the original English
version for comparison.
