The
song for today is “滿天星” by Ivana Wong. I recently go back
and listen some old radio drama that were based on one of Ivana’s album “詩情.畫意”
I didn’t used to like this album so much as I found that many of the songs were
a bit weird. But now listening to it again, I really like the album. Majority
of the songs paint a good picture in your head. The direct English translation
of the title is “Gypsophila paniculata” (a plant name) or “Full sky of stars”
(as the name of that type of flower in Chinese means full sky of stars).
The
lyrics of the song are about love. It said, in a romatic night, you would
remember the love spark left behind by poet. Gazing isn’t that bad as beauty
hurt. Love flow in the perfect heart. Praying non-stop for love, and you would realise
that God hears it and will give it to you. Finally got love, and you appreciated
that you got close to it. Can got this love this life, if you were once hurt
you would wake up. Loving in close distance is much better than sweet words, so
please don’t make me wake up. Knowing that it will not last to the end, but
still willing to feel it and try to own it. The stars on the sky will observed
this, a pair that still love each other even in adverse situation. How much
have been collected, as I got you loving me. Touch, originated from the soft
voice around the ears. The more touching it is, the more I scare that it will
goes wrong, think too much, even willing to break this fairy tale. I still pray
for you, hoping that God could hear it and let you and I will be happy. Love
blossomed but with no good ending, leaving it in haven to blossom. You said
good bye, but how could I let you go, my heart will be hard to get freedom. No
matter how hurt it get I will still let you go, use my tears to heal your
